  • Shaky re-carpetting job.

I'm a little confused which way to approach this. I had the carpet on my Stratos redone. When I went to clean it up and wash and wax it I noticed there were scratches, some borderline gouges along the lines where they removed the old carpet. The real kicker is the worst were where the removable deck section was. Is the shop that did the work liable for the damage? Not to mention you can see their finish work on the gel coat above it. They had repaired that side also. The finish was pristine before they got their hands on it.

yes the shop that has done this work has to either pay for it or needs to redo it with better efficiency
